EL DIAGNÓSTICO ESTÁ YA EN LOS GRANDES MEDIOS DE COMUNICACIÓN ECONÓMICA DEL MUNDO
Vemos cómo ha calado el Enfoque de la Renta en el Financial Times. Leemos que la Reburbuja inmobiliaria se ha exacerbado y que el sistema capitalista no puede funcionar así:

El artículo cita a Minsky. Recordemos la síntesis de Minsky —Hipótesis de inestabilidad financiera—:
– la estabilidad genera inestabilidad (por acumulación de decisiones irracionales);
– el endeudamiento empieza siendo normal, se vuelve especulativo y termina a la Ponzi;
– el motor financiero acaba dañado por la tontilocura himbersora;
– hay un momento —el famoso momento Minsky— en el que las expectativas ya no explican el aumento de precios que justifica el endeudamiento y tiene lugar el hundimiento.
Es esas estamos, pero con dos grandes diferencias respecto de las situaciones que estudió Minsky:
